FINESSE
Finesse is a unique dental porcelain
which retains the desirable attributes of high fusing porcelains
while achieving the benefits of low fusing porcelain. Finesse
is kinder to opposing dentition due to it's fine and lower leucite
content. It's low fusing temperature allows increased opalescence
in enamel porcelains. Finesse is highly polishable at chairside
which eliminates the need for reglazing after adjustments, saving
both you and the patient valuable time.
Finesse has a higher flexural strength than
conventional porcelains giving it greater resistance to cracking
under stress. Despite being kinder to opposing dentition, tests
have shown finesse to be one of the highest strength porcelains
available. The reduced leucite content and finer leucite crystal
size of finesse porcelain minimize the abrasive surface features
which create wear.

Finesse porcelains contain unique ingredients which cause them
to fluoresce, providing the vitality found in natural dentition.
Unlike other porcelain systems, all components of finesse are
fluorescent, from opaque, dentin, enamel, and stain and glaze.
Finesse also contains special porcelains with a unique microstructure
which scatters blue-violet light. This is the origin of it's
opalescent properties. Finesse porcelain even helps you match
bleached or whitened dentition with new A0 and B0 shades! You
will get the vitality and depth you want in every restoration,
even when you're matching whiter than white teeth!
Finesse porcelain surpasses conventional aesthetic porcelains
in many ways. The shade manufacturing system is so different,
it's patented. Finesse provides an aesthetic porcelain which
is kind to opposing dentition, has superb aesthetics and allows
convenient chairside polishing. Finesse delivers vital, opalescent,
fluorescent restorations at a cost which compares favorably
with conventional porcelains. Ask for the advantage of finesse
on your next case!
